Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions made through Strive Challenges (“we,” “us,” “our”) using Stripe as our credit card payment processor. By making a payment on our platform, users (“you,” “your,” “Member”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Payment Processor
All credit card transactions on Strive Challenges are securely processed via Stripe. Your credit card information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

2. Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Membership Fee

Strive Challenges charges a monthly membership fee which automatically renews and charges monthly from the original signup date. You may cancel your membership at any time before your renewal date through your account settings to avoid renewal charges.

4. Refund Policy
Refund requests for annual membership fees must be submitted in writing to refunds@strivechallenges.com within 30 days of the original charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to take up to 15 business days to process refund requests.

5. Challenge Payments & Refunds
All paid challenges are charged to your card on file through Stripe. We cover the credit card processing fees associated with challenge entry fees. There are no refunds once a challenge has started, regardless of participation status. If a member withdraws before a challenge begins, the challenge entry fee will be credited to their Strive account balance for future use. Challenge funds credited to your Strive account do not expire and can be applied toward future challenges or membership fees.

6. Account Withdrawals
Members may request to withdraw available funds (such as challenge winnings) from their Strive account at any time. Withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method (credit card) via Stripe. Any fees associated with withdrawal processing will be deducted from the withdrawal amount and are the responsibility of the user. Withdrawal processing may take up to 15 business days.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, your account may be suspended while the matter is investigated. Repeated or unfounded chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Terms of Service page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
