General Questions
1. What is Strive Challenges?
Strive Challenges is a platform where you can walk, run, or ride to earn rewards! Participate in free or paid challenges, track your progress, and get rewarded with cash, gear, or exclusive sponsor discounts.
2. How does it work?

Sign Up & Connect your data – When you create an account, you'll be prompted to connect your data through Garmin Connect, Wahoo, Karoo or your Strava account. You can also select to manually upload your .fit files.

Choose a Challenge – Pick a free or paid challenge that fits your goal.

Complete the Challenge – Your progress is automatically tracked via your data connection (If Connected), or you'll need to upload your .fit files to update your progress.

Get Rewarded – Earn cash (paid challenges) or win gear, nutrition products, or sponsor discounts (free challenges).
3. Who can participate in challenges?
Anyone 18 or older can join. Some challenges may have specific eligibility requirements.
Free vs. Paid Challenges
1. What’s the difference between free and paid challenges?
✅ Free Challenges – Open to all Strive Members. No entry fee for these challenges! Complete the challenge and earn a chance to win prizes like gear, nutrition products, or exclusive sponsor discounts.
💰 Paid Challenges – Require an entry fee, but those who complete the challenge earn a share of the prize pool (cash rewards).
2. Can I join both free and paid challenges?
Yes! You can participate in multiple challenges at once, as long as you meet the requirements.
Challenge Participation & Tracking
1. How do I sign up for a challenge?
Go to your Challenges Dashboard, select a challenge, and join! Your Strava sync is already set up from your account registration, so your activity will be automatically tracked.
2. How is my activity tracked?

Your walks, runs, and rides are automatically synced through your data connection or through a manual .fit file upload.

Make sure your activities are public and properly synced.

Manually entered data will not count toward challenge completion.
3. What happens if I don’t complete a challenge?

Free challenges: No worries! You just won’t be eligible for the rewards.

Paid challenges: You won’t receive a payout, as only those who finish split the prize pool.
4. Can I see challenge details before joining?
Yes! Members can view:

Number of participants currently entered.

If it's a free or paid challenge (including entry fee for paid challenges).

The prize pool (for paid challenges).

Challenge rules and completion requirements.
5. After a paid challenge ends, members can also view:

Total prize pool amount distributed

Payouts & Rewards
1. How do paid challenge payouts work?

All entry fees go into a prize pool.

After platform and bonus fees, the remaining amount is split equally among those who complete the challenge.

The fewer people who finish, the higher the payout per person.
2. When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are instant to your Strive account balance after challenge verification. You can:

Use your balance to join other challenges, or

Withdraw it to your bank account through our Stripe payment gateway.
3. How does the free challenge reward system work?
When you complete a free challenge, you’ll be entered into a draw to win sponsor-provided rewards such as:

Running, cycling, or fitness gear

Nutrition or fueling products

Exclusive discount codes for top brands
4. What fees are deducted from paid challenges?

5% Platform Fee – Supports Strive Challenges operations and CC fee processing.

5% Super Bonus Fund – Extra bonus payouts for select participants.

90% Prize Pool – Shared among those who complete the challenge.
Cash Super Bonus Payouts
1. What is the Super Bonus Fund?
The Super Bonus Fund is an extra cash payout that is randomly awarded to select participants who complete the challenge.
2. How are Super Bonus Payouts awarded?

Super Bonus rewards are randomly assigned to challenge finishers.

The rules for Super Bonus payouts (e.g., number of winners, prize amount) will be clearly stated in the challenge description before you join.
Account Management
1. Can I change or cancel my challenge after signing up?

Free Challenges: You can leave and rejoin as long as the signup period is open.

Paid Challenges: Entry fees are non-refundable, and you cannot switch challenges after joining.
2. How do I delete my account?
You can instantly delete your account if you do not have an active balance. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before deletion.
Fair Play & Cheating
1. How do you prevent cheating?
We use .fit file data to verify all activities. Suspicious activity—like unrealistic speeds, altered GPS data, or manual entries—may result in disqualification and account suspension.
2. What happens if I suspect someone is cheating?
